I believe that adding value to a team or organization, without using authority and without doing any specialist work yourself, is one of the hardest things to do.In my roles, I naturally and empathetically create a safe environment for connection, learning and development.I enjoy working in agile teams and organizations where change is the main constant and where I can leverage my experience with powerful mindsets, tools and frameworks, such as Agile, SAFe, Holacracy, Sociocracy, Deep Democracy and Systems Thinking.
